No matter where you may find yourselves within your wedding planning process, our relationship begins with a discovery call. During our call we will uncover what your needs and wants are from a wedding planner and more importantly if we are good fit for each other. This is such an important date in your lives that it has to feel right from the jump.

After our discovery call, we prepare for a more lengthier and in-depth discussion regarding your wedding. When it comes to our full planning offering the goal is to understand what your looking for so that we can take car of all the heavy lifting. The final decision is always yours, we just take care of the details like: vendors, venues, and visits.
Whether you have particular vendors in mind or you need to vet who you can trust to service your wedding, we help you identify and negotiate terms to make sure we stay within budget while providing the best experience possible for you and your guests.

On your wedding day you are free to be as a guest, as we maintain your itinerary and manage your vendors assuring timely moments and forever memories.
After our discovery call, we prepare for a more lengthier and in-depth discussion regarding your wedding. When it comes to our day of planning offering the goal is to understand what your looking for so that we can take car of all the heavy lifting. The final decision is always yours we just take of the details like: vendors, venues, and visits.
Approximately two weeks before the wedding bells ring, we will arrange a venue walkthrough, finalize timeline and floor plan, make any minute.
All final changes may be made up to 2 weeks before the event date, with final payments being made the same day. A walkthrough of the venue may be required to finalize our design plans, create a floorplan, & learn of any requirements set by the venue.
We plan out your entire wedding day itinerary managing it from beginning to end. Putting your mind at ease so that on the day of there is zero worry about the days events.
Lastly, we understand how frustrating it can be to have a vendor run late to your wedding or communicating last minute shifts in the day's itinerary this is why we include Day of-Vendor Management in part of of our planning because the only thing you should be concerned with is enjoying your wedding day.
